Topadd® PVC Lubricants
PVC Lubricants are divided into two types: Internal and External lubricants.
(1) PVC Internal Lubricants: TL60/60A; TL-16
Equiv brand: G-60 / G-16
It is based on neutral dicarboxylic acid ester of saturated fatty alcohols. It is white or slight yellow debris or free-flowing powder, odourless, which doesn't dissolve in water but can dissolve in tributyl phosphate (TBP) and trichloromethane. It is highly compatible all-round lubricant and also suitable for other additives.
Our internal lubricants are applicable to many kinds of processing conditions and can promote plasticizing of melt, improve impact strength and surface gloss. It can be widely used in transparent sheets, window profiles, sheets and pipes and so on...
(2) PVC External Lubricant: TL-74; TL-70S
Equiv brand: G-70S / G-74
It is based on high molecular, multi-functional fatty acid esters (complex ester). It is white or slight yellow debris or free-flowing powder, odourless, which doesn't dissolve in water but can dissolve in tributyl phosphate (TBP) and trichloromethane. Our external lubricant offers improvement of non-tackiness, good release properties, good efficiency as a mould releasing agent with paste processing and also improves flowability. It can also reduce balancing torque and improve surface gloss.
