Topolymer™Chlorinated Polyethylene(CM) Rubber
Brief Introduction
As special synthetic rubber, Chlorinated Polyethylene CM has superior comprehensive performances and good performance-price ratio. Therefore, lots of customers choose CM for substitution of CR and CSM.
- Excellent chemical, heat, and ignition resistance
- Performance over a broad temperature range
- Outstanding heat-aging characteristics
- Unique crumb form, permitting easy blending, formulating, and processing
- Polymer shelf stability measured in years
- Good processability on equipment common to the rubber industry
Grades | Mooney Viscosity ML(121°C 1+4) | Application |
CPE135B | 70-80 | It is widely used for hose, wire / cable and molded products. Not only it can be used as halide rubber solely but also it can be mixed with CR, CSM, NBR, SBR and NR at any proportion. |
CM352 | 55-70 | Low Viscosity grade, widely used for hose, wire / cable and molded products. Not only it can be used as halide rubber solely but also it can be mixed with CR, CSM, NBR, SBR and NR at any proportion. |
CM353 | 85-100 | High viscosity grade for highly filled hose, cable jackets, HPN cords, sponge and molded Products. Not only it can be used as halide rubber solely but also it can be mixed with CR, CSM, NBR, SBR and NR at any proportion. |
CPE130A | 75-85 | It is one kind of high filling and low temperature resistance chlorinated polyethylene thermoplastic elastomer, which is used for magnetic rubber production and also used as modifier for non-polar rubber for example EPDM. |
Application :
1.Automobile Hoses and Industrial Hoses.
2. Wires and Cables.
3. Various Types of Specialized Rubber Products.
4. Combined use of CM with other rubbers.
5. Application in Magnetic Materials.
(Refrigerator sealing strip; Magnetic rubber rings in computers and micro motors).
